Democrats Block Trump’s Ban On Welfare for Illegals

The truth is right there in front of you

Since his first day in office, President Trump has been fighting illegals on every front, from immigration to the border. He’s been successful in using Executive Orders to block illegals from middle-eastern countries and to obtain funding for hundreds of miles of his very powerful wall. The President’s next priority is to ban welfare for illegals by Executive Order.

According to White House sources, once word got out that President Trump had signed the Executive Order, Clinton-friendly attorneys stepped up in an attempt to neutralize his actions. They are planning to use a provision found in the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996. A provision of this act has somehow been overlooked by conservatives since it became law when President Bill Clinton signed the legislation.

Our top Legislative Analyst, Sandra Batt, researched this seemingly unknown provision and gave us the following explanation:

“As signed into law by President Bill Clinton, the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act contains a provision that excludes noncitizen participation in all federal means-tested benefits: TANF, food stamps, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Medicare and State Children’s Health Insurance Programs.

Unfortunately, this provision effectively blocks President Trump from using an Executive Order to change the availability of these programs to illegal immigrants.”

None of this makes any sense to patriotic Americans who support President Trump. People who are not here legally cannot receive public assistance or welfare of any kind. Conservative sentiment and legislative achievement have made this clear for almost a quarter-century but for some reason, conservatives will continue to complain loudly until they receive satisfaction on this matter.

Fortunately, we can count on Sean Hannity, Bill O’Reilly, Rush Limbaugh and other conservative intellectual giants to keep this issue on the front burner whether it has been resolved or not.
